Get the 82 degree thermostat, cold air feed to the air filter, make sure u have the fan on the rad n not the intercooler n, if u can, cut the bumper for better air flow. Give that a go. Failing that, bigger injectors and a remap. I bought a stainless direnza rad and a full size RMD intercooler. Im running near 190bhp and even after a ragging for half an hour or so, the gauge doesnt move above halfway.
