Alright everyone, I have an s2 with efi conversion, hybrid t3 turbo and its only running at standard boost standard injectors. It has a FRST rad and it just keeps over heating. I thought it just because its hot weather (Australia) but even when it's cool out its doing it. I took out that valve for the water to keep flowing no use ! What's the biggest radiator I can fit into this S2 engine bay ? I've a massive front mount so kind of need a skinny enough rad to get the job done. Cheers !!
Get the 82 degree thermostat, cold air feed to the air filter, make sure u have the fan on the rad n not the intercooler n, if u can, cut the bumper for better air flow. Give that a go. Failing that, bigger injectors and a remap. I bought a stainless direnza rad and a full size RMD intercooler. Im running near 190bhp and even after a ragging for half an hour or so, the gauge doesnt move above halfway.
