Malbytes is fine, ignore the block message.
Remove mcafee (just uninstalling it will make you computer loads faster) and use avast. free and less draining on system resources. Use comodo for a firewall, which is also free.
agree .. if you open ccleaner and goto tools then startup you can disable anything from running when you boot up. its amazing on how a 2 year old pc the amount of stuff that runs when you boot up..
