Sounds about right for main dealer to fleece unsuspecting customers! We had a bloke with a series one that had full ford history and he came to our garage as he heard good things and were cheaper than ford. Turned out the plugs had never been changed. 1 snapped in the head, had to use an extractor for it. When we told the bloke he it was taking longer than expected he said he wouldn't use us again and would take it back to ford!?
