Rs1600i heads have a better design combustion chamber and flow quite nice
For what your going to spend on a good head with cam you best of going full zetec
If its originality your going for then I'd stick with zvh with big valve rs1600i head, Newman fast road cam, solid lifters and for inlet (crazycage) of here does some custom manifolds
