Yeah agreed but I don't think they have progressed that much over the past 6 years, infact I don't think any of the jap stuff has really. Look at the r1 its basically the same bike as the 09 but with TC, the blade is the same bike as it was in 07 was it? The zx10r is the bike of choice out of the jap stuff imo.

The build quality on all the new stuff seems to be on the poor side. I just spoke to bmw the other day and they are ordering me another full tail unit due to the paint being thin and wearing through in places. So that will be tail unit number 3 in 4k miles lol
