I'm not sure whether your ECU will support it (speak to Ryan) but I would use an Aquamist's HFS-4 or above wi system to inject pure meth via a big spray jet (or double up). Again, if you're ECU will support it then you can wire the HFS-4 in to it and the ECU will control the injection DC and when it's turned on it will switch over to a different map and switch back over again if the fail safe triggers or it's turned off

This will act similar to running a mix in the tank (allow you to go closer to MBT without hitting det), though how long it will last will obviously be less. You do have better protection by not running a risk by guessing the methanol mix
