I'm looking to have one made up to suit my build, preferably with an internal swirl if that's possible. I have the original tank that can be used as a pattern, local ideally (Southampton area).

Spencer at SM fabrications, or really there are any multitude of alloy fabricators around the country.
Simplest design is where you have a sump built onto the bottom of the tank, along with baffles or foam inside. This will negate the need for an external swirl tank for all but 99% of applications.
It means a neater install, less pumps, less wiring...less complication all round. Keep it simple nearly always works best.
I would also recommend an access panel so you can remove the foam and clean/inspect the tank as required.
