I'm making up an exhaust for the rest of my Puma, but after getting a quote of £35 per meter for 2 1/2 inch seamless 316 today, I'm not so sure! Is seamless really necessary for an exhaust? I know the seam isn't very big in stainless so would it be an issue or not?

Also, any ideas as to where to get decent universal back boxes from? Can't find any apart from shite Savage or Cherry Bombs!
