A da sander is quite air hungry, my compressor keeps one running but if constantly sanding the compressor doesn't cut out until after I stop. Mine is 3hp probably 9 or 10 cfm fad, quoted as 14cfm displacement. So don't go any smaller than that also minimum 100litre receiver. If going petrol powered go hear one run first as they will be loud so depends how close the neighbours are really.
