id be happy with an old injection 205 block, never had any issues with non cosworth ones.

but im i best buying sump, dizzy, all the other bollocks in bits and pieces or a complete motor that i dont know?

Same as heads really, wouldnt know to buy a complete head or a bare one and use stainless valves, used to always bend friggin exhaust valves when revving past 8k lol
