the belt just goes between the cam pulley and the inj pump,(theres a chain from crank to pump)
you need to take the rocker cover off and theres a flat platet that goes in at the back of the camshaft to time that
the pump is as mentioned just a pin(like a bolt), or just use a bolt the right size
you can do it without anything fancy, bolt i the pump and spanner etc in back of the cam
if your brave enough you can just mark the pulleys with tippex/paint etc and not bother with anything
they're very easy to change
