for most rsoc members the forum part is not that important as they get their benefits in other ways like being part of a regional group, discounts and valuations etc, if they close their forum to non members I cant help but think its scoring a own goal and potentially losing passing traffic, and with the growth of model specific model forums it will help them recruit all the easier
