The government rolls the tax exemption in 2014...wait an see the tax books/plates that start to come alive...and im sure there is a brave few rsoc owners, have a few i.d's and book's tucked away - ready to ring!!

So if joe public searches google, and wants to see if an old rs he had 30yrs ago pops up, it won't be accessible unless he pays up!!
