Take the old one with you to make sure they give you the same one as there seems to be quite a variation on the connectors.

I've given up trying to do them at the roadside as I can never seem to get the correct type.

I think Renault revised them a couple of times and sell a plug to go with the sensor when you buy it from them. They did when I bought one a few years ago anyway.
