Not sure if you can wax a fresh painted car?

As has been said a cover is a bad idea. I had a S1 a few years back and covered it for the winter, it caused loads of issues, rot etc where as when I didn't use the cover, was fine. I also remember a mate covering his S2 and even though the cover was tight it still moved about and cause wear spots on the paint, mainly corners/edges.
