you cannot see the pulses to the injectors with a meter you need a void light



phase sensor sends a signal back to tell the ecu which pulse from the crank pulley is tdc and 90 degrees btdc (sort of reminding it where the engine is for ign timing)

make sure you have a 0.6-1mm gap on the crank pick up sensor
