I may be wrong but as far as I understand the hole has to be moved for the gear lever. No problem with the flywheel and you may possibly get away with the standard clutch but relacement is the better option anyway. Think the splines on the 5 speed may be different but not sure Then you would need to get another gearbox mounting, typically from a Sierra or Granada and that should sort you out. Hope I am not wrong with some of the pointers here
