small update today, ive spent loads of time just removing under seal, waxoyl and grease, not to mention plenty of house paint
the first pic up is the small hole that was in the n/s front footwell
in the first pic it is rot free but the surrounding metal was weak so any weak metal was also cut away

so next up once there was only strong healthy metal left, i cut and shaped some steel and merv welded it in for me.
merv has not been welding for long so any feedback on his welding would be appreciated

also today the rear panel just under the rear doors where the number plate and small corner bumpers mount to was in a state, with mountains of red oxide and house paint, so i spent a while getting it all back to bare metal, and getting some etch primer on to it
so here it is in the first coat of etch
