Just thinking the rail will always be at full pressure while igns on afaik as pressure will be maintained by pump to set pressure

Any chance dist plug is swapped with another , for example the iscv....
They won't reach but had loom checked and he wrapped in new oem tape and maybe same length leads and they got mixed up...
