Tried a full set of leads and cap to no avail

Eng drops in note when plug lead four removed but sounds like proper three cylinder when 1/2/3 removed (or it's actually on 2.5 when other lead removed.

Checked lead four and has spark
Compression on all four is about 120 btw ???

Very strange issue and more puzzling that no one here can diagnose it....
