well we stripped it out this morning.
got the rad and fan out and belts off.





tried to pull the pulley with my puller and realised the pulley hasn't failed on the rubber, its broken in 2 on the inside edge of the pulling holes !

so I had to drill some new pulling holes in the housing, I can only assume when the pulley was pulled the do the cam belt it must of hair line fractured slightly and its just taken a few hundred miles for it to shear off.





everything else looks good just pulley failure, tbf the face where the pulleys are pulled from is very thin and made of crap soft casty stuff im not surprised it broke there crap, im now trying to source a fluidampr street series damper for it.
