First of all it sounds like you have massive overfuelling. Take your oil off the car see if its stil normal and not full of fuel. If ok just refill. So use sg clean to catch the oil
Do you still have your old start injector connected? Else i suggest taking it off. This one might leak or be opend by false info of coolant temp sensor or sg
Still overfueling? Take airfilter off and have a look on the valve in a clean enviorment with just standing and hitting some throttle. Does the KE tronic valve move ok or is it stuck?
Still overfuelling? Buy a wb lambda sensor and Instal it after turbo in the exh. Take about lambda 0.8 in boost and 1 in cruze. Then take it to ur tuner for decent set up
Watch out for bore wash. The large amount of fuel injected takes the oil of the cylinder causing massive wear. This will be the case if there is fuel in ur oil
So be careful!
Hi mate the valve seems to be ok but is there any way of cleaning it. i changed a coolant temp switch today the one that goes in the t piece of the water pipe i couldnt find the yellow one any where evan ford says no il get one on the internet its still rich but changed the oil the other day. i redirected the air filter today i mounted it in side the wing where the washer bottle is just have to find a place for the bottle now. i used an orion air filter pipe which goes perfect through the hole should get some nice cold air in there aint tried it properly yet as trying not to drive it untill i get this over fueling sorted. Thanks for your help!!
