My mate has got one with uprated turbo and ecu etc etc ,very quick but hes had to put a lot of time into it, not sure if all are rotters but where his front anti roll bar mounts into the bottom of the tub basically was rotten and the bar was hanging loose;
wheel arches common for rot, Above fuel tank also needed attention and underside of boot floor; power steering pipes common for leaking and also hes got through 2x tensioner pulleys on the front no idea why...
Some parts are transferable from the mr2 but that's my mates department..
wheel bearings as already stated but not a massive job to do if you no abit/work in a garage etc (cant remember if he we used a press for his)
Good car now its going strong it wipes out scoobies and some evos etc I guess you get what you pay for..
