Bloody hell. I have worked on some sheds in my time with some epic bodgery but that welding is shambolic. That will not support anything and will fail fairly quickly. As previously mentioned, get that cut back out and get someone who can weld to fix it, it would seem a waste to put all that effort in a car to have it let down by such a shoddy repair.
