as above, 2.0 pinto conversion with 38dgas and fast road cam and decent manifold and system
otherwise you need a head from a 1.6cvh with a fast road cam as the standard cams in them dont rev the best, and valve springs, dont use any from kent or piper for a cam as they are crap, use doubles from newman if you want it too rev
