Hello guys,

What is your opinion on engine running in? I changed conrod and main bearings rest has done 4000 km already. At the moment i'm running mineral oil [15W40 from halfords], but with only bearings done how much km's to run in the engine before changing to decent oil?

Is there a need to stay out of high rpms and boost?

Mainly piston rings need to settle in isn't it?
