I found on my zvh rs turbo that my twin fans and front mounted intercooler restricted my radiator and made the car run hotter. in the end I had to cut my bumper open but it was an 80 spec bumper don't know if the 90 spec ones flow more air or not,hope this helps
Thanks for you help i wouldnt mind cutting the front bumper but that would be a bit over the top for the police over here lol there a bit funny with things like that. im gonna try and redirect the air filter to where the washer bottle is to help get a bit more cold air in you can imagine the air intake temp under the bonnet. Im gonna look for an intercooler that's long and narrow so it can sit behind the bumper at the bottom hopefully not restricting to much air to the rad with a decent fan hopefully should keep cool enough. I bought a cooler fan switch it still gets a bit hot when your climbing a long hill but dosnt over heat.cheers for your help mate.
