The fuel cut off switch is behind the drivers front kick panel near the pedals.


Also tilt the rear seat base up and you should see a wiring loom that goes through a hole in the floor.This is the loom for the fuel pump.Remove the gromit and try and get the electrial plug to come off the top of the fuel pump. Make sure the electrical pins are ok.

Im saying check this cause my mam and dads 51 reg 1.6 focus stopped running and the pin on top of the fuel pump/sending unit had corroded and snapped off.
