there is a laser tool to do that bush cost £130 though, never tried doing to without the tool but if you are poly bushing it you can just burn them out, the poly bush for the trailing arm comes without the pin so you can press them in without the tool then insert the old pin from the burnt bush (never tried it myself just read about it on the web)
