hi guys im going to replace all of the rear subframe bushes on my mk1 focus tdci and im not sure whether its better to replace with polybushes from the usa and il need to buy bolts as well or to get this?

If i do get these will it be quite hard to get the trailing arm bush(one with the pin through it that bolts to underside of body) done?
