I could only ever get 70 tops in 3rd but over several weeks on the same stretch of road I have gain some pace. I now get 85 out of 3rd and have achieved this by simply standing on the throttle for at to long just to see how far I can push it on stock internals. Rev counter used to see no more then 6600 now say past 8000.

Engine is now knocking like a bailiff lol. Mind you I done 150 round trip in it yesterday and it seems to rev and pull a lot easier. Still fooled and will be rebuilt soon
