Default jenvey throttle bodies or frst inlet for turbo zetec??

Hi guys my name is lewis and i am new to PF so bare with me.

i am currently constructing a 2.0l zetec turbo for a ford p100 pickup, i have a set of twin Jenvey throttle bodies, after doing some digging i have discoverd the plenum for the jenveys is around 600 quid and i cant justify spending that much just on a plenum so i have toyed with the idea of either using original FRST inlet gear or fabricating a bespoke plenum for the jenveys.

my question is will the jenveys give me a significant power increase over the standard FRST inlet gear? it is not a problem for me to make a plenum and i would like to keep the jenveys but if there is no significant power gain over the FRST then it would be beter for me to sell the jenveys or use them on another engine.

Any help greatly appreciated,
