Exactly!

(For non-testers) the tester has to enter the 4 service brake and 2 park brake test figures and any imbalance readings into the VTS machine and it works out if pass/fail on the brake test as it knows the weight of the vehicle.

Probably just made them up

If say a Fiesta/Focus, if you add for arguments sake 300kg on each front wheel, 150kg on each rear service brake and another 150kg on each park brake you could probably get a pass.
