Fact is mate that printout is crap. Rolling road lottery the k03s will max out at 245bhp you'd need water meth to get anywhere near 250!

The standard internals its the rods that are weak they will only take 300lbft then it's just a matter of time before one comes through the block. The pistons will melt at 400bhp maybe 350. Basically all the vag 1.8t blocks are the same they all have forged cranks in just the agu and bam have large port heads.

I break them Ibiza Cupras and audi tt 225 quattros. Best bang for buck is fitting the k04 from a cupra r or tt but you need other parts aswell.

I've got a great spec cupra in breaking at the mo fitted with a k03 hybrid turbo run 262bhp.

The o2j gearbox in the cupra is the same box from the golf there are diferent ratio ones but you will never feel the difference.
