Thanks James it's pipe up right and when I flick the key for a split second it gets 12v I have tryed the car with a second actuator on off a car that makes 28psi I'v all so tryed it with the pipe off still the same . I'm 99% shower I'v not got a air leak as I'v put a damp rag over the air intake on the turbo and the motor come to a stop very quick and then it was holding a vac on my hand so to me and wot your saying its turbo off time never mind .
