I have an orange VR6 track car that IV got on eBay at the moment for the reason I am after a bit more power.
I was going to buy the engine out of a mk3 ibiza cupra and put it in the golf.
But for not a lot more money I have picked up the whole car.
Minus interior. Which suits me. Less for me to stip.
it's got seat sport bilstein shocks and eibach springs. 17s.
If the golf doesn't sell on eBay I may use buckets harnesses etc out of that. Then break the vr.
The ibiza has K03s turbo larger injectors. Forge recirc. Forge TIP. Remapped. It used to have a large front mount intercooler and has a printout of 252bhp but the last owner ended up putting a hole in it so put a side mount intercooler on there. Had it set up at 192bhp.

I may try and get another large front mount intercooler. How much can these engines cope with. Will only be used on track. Any known faults to watch for.
