hi all. New to Mondeo ownership. I now this will be old news now but I've just swapped my old black cam sensor for the new grey one on my 53 plate tdci 130 mondeo I just bought with running issues. Seems to have sorted it. But I am being strongly advised to cut off the plug and replace it with a new one! Is this correct? There's nothing wrong with the original. Thanks in advance for any help given.
