I bought a Uniwell catering till at auction for a charity lunch in June, with the plan of allocating buttons to the different stuff we sell, so that we don't have to rely on a calculator for working out each bill, but haven't been able to figure out the programming.

I looked at the Uniwell website but it says there they won't make the info available to anyone except authorised resellers.

Anyone know anything about them or is the method similar for all machines?
