I don't know where matey up tops got his prices from but a cam kit can be had a lot cheaper than what he's suggesting & its a couple of hours job to swop it over with plenty of tea & smoke breaks whilst doing it.
I think the mechanic who's changing the cambelt might have said something about ordering a cam kit for it thinking about it. I will have to give him a ring and ask if he changes the lifters as well.
