Yep,
After taking advise from here I asked the engine shop to check for ovalness in the rod and your right.... a new rod is required.

They've also suggest the fault was from oil starvation so i'll change the oil pump, pick up pipe and pump drive as a precaution.

Ive also had the blocked decked and the same amount removed from the pistons to retain the same compression.

So, Could anyone please offer advise on which rods to buy and from whom please?
