I see its an old post but Bailes1992 would be nice to see how you got on as I'll be doing the same... Thats right 1.7 puma into my mk1 focus.

Why not a 2ltr or rs/st.... but I never take the easy route,

Firstly the puma came to me for free lol

also not bad spec's on it
1.7 puma is Variable Cam Timing Engine is 155 psi

But would be grate to hear how the wring went or if anyone as done this before
