You can get L6 close but not perfect on a PF09. It needs a PF01 to be perfect as its open circuit, which is why when you unplug it, the strategy reverts to idle table.

Get it as close to zero on IAW as you can and go from there. After a few degrees of throttle opening it drives the valve open to prevent it from sticking closed.
