Probably the pad you should not really use compound with a soft pad I'm using scholls pads at the moment menzerna 203s on a purple compound pad then menzerna 85re on a polishing pad and finally 85re on a finishing pad to get that real deep shine then glaze or paint cleanser and finish with your choice of wax or sealant.

I get all mine from polished bliss great people to deal with and very helpfull.
