Roger is correct, people get hung up on the idea that the fans play a big part in keeping temps down.... They don't, only when stationary or moving very very slowly.

OP 115 degree's is about as high as you want to safely be seeing, I've seen 120 on really hot summers days whilst boosting at 32psi for extended periods but that is to the extreme and not the norm.
