i would say a decent diff mount is more important than the beam mounts, as that is where 90% of the movement will come from
for road use i would probably say use poly all round, however, mine is on solid beam mounts and a solid supra diff mount, and it is far better than i was expecting, you do get some more noise and vibration but its not excessive.
