Vacuum is the way forward in my opinion. Especially as on some cars the reservoir is rather difficult to access. There is a multi purpose system around which can also be used to bleed diesel lines etc. And it's even got a special refill bottle which keeps the reservoir neatly topped up if you use it alone. It's from a german company called 'Büsching'.
