There are no common problems, but as with all air con systems they can leak, or the gas can deteriorate so it's no longer cold. It either works, or is doesn't!

If it's not blowing cold air take it to a garage who do air-con. They'll run a diagnostic to see if there are any leaks, and if not, will regas it for you. Expect to pay between £60-£90 for it.
