Just a little more info as I can see this is a pretty common problem with alot of different outcomes.

I got a F-Super scanner and it came up with

p0404 - EGR Control Circuit Range/Performance
p1608 - Watchdog Malfunction
p1608 - Watchdog Malfunction

Ive just cleared them and am gona see if the problem still persists.(could it be that there from before I put in new lift pump and just needed to be cleared)

With the live data..while idling,
EGRp is on 0.0
EGRd is on 74%

Can anyone elaborate on what these mean and what they should be on etc.?
Any help in general is appreciated..
