Hi all

I'm changing the rear trailing arm bushes to polly bushes and have a couple of questions

1) what's the easiest way to get the old ones out in my garage (without taking the whole arm off)
2) are they steel lined ie an outer steel shell or am I aiming to just get the rubber middle bit out ?
