just keep the thing moving lol.

the one i used, if you had it on it lowest speed setting, even under its own weight would stop it rotating, so you had to kind of ease the pressure a bit to get it going. once the polish was spread out a bit you could up the speed and it was ok.

took a while to get the hang of tho!
